High precision parts processing

In the professional CNC machining process, after the servo module’s 185V rectification, the AC becomes DC 300V. There is a resistance check on the DC side to detect the DC current. If there is a short circuit in the future, an alarm will be triggered immediately.

If it keeps happening, a multimeter can be used to measure whether the main circuit transistor module is short circuited, and the transistor module can be replaced. If there is no short circuit, the control board can be exchanged with other axes of the CNC lathe machining center. If it is migrated with the control board, the control board should be repaired.

If the C precision CNC machining center has a high-speed alarm and the low-speed is normal, it may be a problem with the control board or motor, or it can be identified by exchanging servo modules.

Check if the CNC lathe machining center always alarms or occasionally alarms. If the alarm is a module or control board failure, it may be a motor failure.

High voltage alarm (HVAL red light illuminated)

The different servo control boards of CNC lathe machining centers detect high voltage in the main circuit or control circuit, which is usually a detection circuit fault.

Check if the three-phase 185V input voltage is normal.

Is the communication+and -18V of CN2’s 1.2.3 normal?

If the control circuit board is exchanged, the abnormal fault of the CNC lathe machining center with the migration of the control board is the fault of the circuit board.
