For CNC parts with multiple and complex surface layers, the sequence of CNC machining, heat treatment, and auxiliary processes should be scientifically arranged, and the docking problem between processes should be solved. Before clamping the raw materials, the size of the blank should be measured to ensure compliance with the drawing specifications, and its placement should be carefully checked to ensure compliance with the programming instructions. After the rough machining process is completed in precision CNC machining, self-examination should be carried out in a timely manner to facilitate the adjustment of deviation data. The self inspection mainly includes the position and size of the processing parts:

(1) Whether mechanical parts are loose under processing conditions;

(2) Whether the processing technology of medical parts is correct at the starting point;

(3) Whether the dimensions of the CNC standard edge (reference point) machined parts comply with the drawing specifications;

(4) The location and size of medical components. After checking the position and size, it is necessary to measure the rough machined shape ruler (excluding arcs).

After rough machining is determined, precision machining of medical parts should be completed. Before precision CNC machining of medical components, conduct self inspection of the shape and dimensions of the drawing parts: check the length and total width dimensions of the vertical machining parts; Measure the base point size indicated on the slope processing part drawing.
