CNC Machining Service Capabilities
Lathe machining, also named CNC machining, is a subtractive manufacturing method. There are many kinds of CNC machining machines on the market, including CNC milling, CNC turning, CNC machining centers. All of them can be programmed by computers to cut and mill the whole piece of material into the shape of the established product.
CNC milling machining is used for machining various shapes such as flat surfaces, grooves and gears. It achieves machining by rotating the milling cutter and moving the workpiece in the X, Y, and Z directions (or more axes).
CNC turning machining is mainly used for machining rotary parts, such as shafts and discs. The workpiece is clamped on the chuck, and the machining is completed by the rotation of the lathe spindle and the feeding movement of the tool.
CNC drilling machining is usually combined with turning machining. Our high-precision machining centers can complete milling machining, turning machining,it can provide drilling machining services for customers efficiently with low cost.
