Non standard precision machining of parts
Only scientific management of CNC lathe machining, fully understanding the characteristics of CNC lathe machining in order to truly maximize its economic benefits, and coordinating the balance of various production processes. Suitable for CNC lathe machining parts:
1. Complex shaped parts. Straight lines or arcs can approach any planar curve, and CNC lathe machining has the function of arc interpolation, which can process various complex contour parts.
2. Lathe parts with strong precision requirements. CNC lathes have good machining rigidity, high manufacturing accuracy, accurate cutting tools, convenient specification compensation, and can process parts with strong specification accuracy through precision machining of fasteners.
3. Suitable for small and medium-sized parts of multiple varieties. With the gradual decrease in manufacturing costs of CNC lathes, the processing of large quantities of parts has occurred both domestically and internationally. When processing small batches and single piece production, it is also possible to choose to reduce program debugging time and tooling preparation time.
4. Parts with low surface roughness values. The speed of ordinary lathes is stable, and the cutting speed varies for different diameters. For example, CNC lathe machining has the function of constant linear speed cutting. When CNC machining fasteners on vehicle end faces and outer rings of different diameters, the same angular velocity can be used to ensure small and consistent surface roughness values. When processing surfaces with different surface roughness, choosing a small feed rate for surfaces with small roughness and a large feed rate for surfaces with large roughness results in good plasticity, which is difficult to achieve in ordinary lathes.
