Pneumatic CNC machining

Efficient application of CNC in processing methods requires the integration of scientific and reasonable settings, including correct CNC control of processing speed, in order to fully leverage the advantages of precision machining of hardware parts. The internal moving parts must accelerate to high speed travel in a short time and immediately stop during high-speed travel. There are generally several classifications regarding the control of CNC machining speed:

Firstly, flexible acceleration and deceleration control. In CNC machining, the system program usually applies the function of automatic speed control, which makes it impossible for us to make changes according to our own wishes, and thus cannot achieve very good deceleration characteristics of the machine tool. The flexible acceleration and deceleration control measures separate the acceleration and deceleration description of the machine tool from the system program, effectively solving this problem.

Secondly, flexible automatic acceleration control. In professional CNC machining, we can set acceleration curves, analytical curves, and non analytical curves during the processing, and store them as samples in the acceleration and deceleration curve library in the form of a digital table. Then, flexible automatic deceleration control. Scientific and reasonable automatic acceleration and deceleration can not only improve machining efficiency, but also ensure the dynamic performance of CNC lathes.
