Precision walking machining
The machining accuracy of products processed by a CNC lathe is also affected by the surrounding environment. The surrounding environment of a CNC lathe refers to the thermal environment generated by various layouts within a close range of the lathe. They include the following three levels.
(1) Workshop microclimate: such as temperature distribution throughout the workshop (vertical and horizontal directions). When the day and night alternate or the climate and its ventilation change, the temperature in the workshop changes slowly.
(2) Workshop heat sources: such as direct sunlight, radiation from heating equipment, high-power lighting, etc. When they approach the CNC machine tool, it will directly affect the temperature rise of the entire or some parts of the machine tool. The heat generated by adjacent devices during operation will be affected by amplitude or airflow.
(3) Heat dissipation: The foundation has good heat dissipation effect, especially the foundation of precision CNC machine tools should not be close to the underground heating pipe network. Once it cracks and leaks, it may become an unexplained heat source; The opened workshop will serve as a good ‘radiator’, which is beneficial for maintaining temperature balance in the workshop.
(4) Temperature control: The workshop of CNC machining using temperature control equipment is very effective in maintaining precision and machining accuracy of precision heart machine tools, but it consumes a lot of energy.
