Regulations on accessories for precision hardware shafts
Because the precision of the precision metal shaft itself is 1 μ m, it is required that its accessories (shaft, bearing seat, end cover, retaining ring, etc.) have high standard accuracy and shape accuracy. Especially the precision of the mating surface should be controlled at the same level as the bearing, which is very important and easily overlooked.
When customizing precision shafts, attention should also be paid to the matching parts of precision hardware shafts. If the above regulations are not met, the precision hardware shaft often experiences a deviation of many times, even more than 10 times, compared to the original bearing after installation. It is not called five axis precision part machining at all. The reason is that the deviation of matching parts is usually not simply added to the deviation of the bearing, but is amplified at different magnifications and added.
The purpose of creating two sets of directional markers is to fully consider error compensation. Even if CNC machining manufacturers improve the rotation accuracy of the two side supports, they can partially eliminate the coaxiality deviation between the seat holes and shaft necks of the two side supports, and implement surface strengthening measures on the mating surface, such as sandblasting technology and precision columns with slightly larger inner hole insertion diameters, which are conducive to improving the mating accuracy.
