CNC precision machining of parts

In addition to CNC lathe machining, operators must also always pay attention to their own safety precautions. So what safety issues should be paid attention to when operating machine tools?

1. Before machining with a CNC lathe, it is necessary to make preparations and carefully check whether the clothes meet the processing standards. Remember to wear protective equipment such as work hats and gloves, firmly remember the collar, and tie the sleeves and pants legs.

2. Check if the equipment meets normal operating standards and if the machine voltage is stable. The machine tool socket must be a triangular socket, and the route specifies a ground wire. Before construction, the machine should undergo an idle test run. If there are no abnormal situations, it can be started.

During the production process, if CNC machining manufacturers need to measure and inspect the machined parts, they should touch them with their hands after the machine tool has stopped running.

4. Do not touch the machine tool with your hands at any time while it is running. It is also not allowed to use gauze wrapped around your hands to polish the running parts. It is necessary to borrow certain equipment to carry out the polishing operation.

5. In case of abnormal operation of the equipment, timely inspection and replacement of parts or addition of lubricating grease should be carried out. The machine tool should not be operated with defects.

After the precision machining of automotive parts is completed, various joysticks should be placed in the neutral position. After work, the machine tool must be cleaned and the power must be turned off.
