Grades A and B are more commonly used and are critical for important areas with high assembly accuracy, large impact, vibration, or variable load. According to the head support area and installation position specifications, hexagonal head bolts can be divided into hexagonal head and large hexagonal head; When non-standard embossed screws need to be clamped with holes in the head or screw type, they should be selected. The square head size and stress surface of the square head bolt are relatively large, making it easy for the wrench to be clamped or to rely on other components to start the rotation effect. It is usually used for rough structures and sometimes for T-slots to facilitate bolt loosening and adjusting the position in the slot.
